JAMES G. ROBINSON

Jim grew up in Rochester, New York and moved to Oxford in 1974. He received his undergraduate degree from John Carroll University, a Masters Degree from Loyola University of Chicago and his law degree from Cleveland Marshall School of Law at Cleveland State University. A resident of Oxford, Ohio for more than 30 years, Jim has strong ties to the local community. His practice includes assisting clients with estate planning and estates, probate, and business organization, as well as real estate matters.

He is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts in Ohio, Indiana state courts, the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Butler County and Ohio State Bar Associations as well as the Indiana State Bar Association.

Active in the community and charitable causes, Jim was a founding member of the Oxford Community Foundation and the Oxford Chamber of Commerce and served as the first President of those organizations. He currently chairs the Foundation's Mile Square Initiative to help revitalize Oxford's mile square. He also served on the board of the McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital. Jim has taught Business Law at Miami University and served as an acting Judge on the Butler County Court.

SUSAN CROSS LIPNICKEY

Susan is a native of Boston, Massachusetts and moved to Oxford in 1979. Susan received her BS degree from Slippery Rock University, her MS degree from Purdue University, and a PhD from The Ohio State University. She received her JD degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law. Apart from being an attorney, Susan serves as an associate professor in Miami University's School of Education, Health and Society. Her areas of practice include Juvenile, Family Law and Domestic Relations, Criminal Law, and Estate Planning.

Susan is licensed to practice law in Ohio state and federal courts and is a member of the Butler County, Ohio State, and American Bar Association.

She is an active member of Oxford's community and serves on several boards of directors, including Life Span of Butler County, the Community Counseling and Crisis Center, McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital, and the Oxford Family Resource Center.

TARA R. JONES

Tara is a native of Oxford, Ohio with strong ties to the community. She received her BA degree from Miami University in 1996. After a year of post-college work in Atlanta, GA, Tara returned to Cincinnati to work for the Mercy Health System in public relations. She went to law school at Salmon P. Chase College of Law where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Northern Kentucky Law Review. She authored a law review article on the American Disabilities Act, which was published in the Southern Illinois University Law Review. She then spent three years with a law firm in northern Kentucky. She returned to Oxford in 2006. Tara serves her clients primarily in the areas of real estate, estate planning, civil litigation, and general business issues.

Tara is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Cincinnati Bar Association, Butler County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Kentucky Bar Association.

Tara is a member of the Oxford Community Foundation's Grants Committee, the Oxford Kiwanis Club, and serves as a civil hearing examiner for the City of Oxford.
